The rules and guidelines for using Uganda Cinema

Welcome to Uganda Cinema! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our streaming service and website. By accessing or using Uganda Cinema, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By accessing and using Uganda Cinema, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
  • If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Description of Service
  • Uganda Cinema is a streaming service providing access to Ugandan movies, TV shows, and entertainment content.
  • We offer various subscription plans with different features and content access levels.
  • Content availability may vary by location and subscription plan.
  • We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at our discretion.
  • Service features and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. User Accounts
  • You must create an account to access premium content and features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Payment information is processed securely through our payment partners.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Content Usage Rights
  • All content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or share content without permission.
  • Downloading content is allowed only for Premium and Family plan subscribers.
  • You may not use automated tools to access or download content.
  • Content is available for streaming on authorized devices only.
  • Violation of usage rights may result in account suspension or legal action.
6. User Conduct
  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
  • Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
  • You must respect the rights of other users and content creators.
  • Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All content, trademarks, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
  • The Uganda Cinema name and logo are our registered trademarks.
  • User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
  • Your privacy is important to us and is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
  • You have certain rights regarding your personal information.
  • We may share information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
  • We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
  • We are not liable for any damages caused by service interruptions.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.
  • Content availability may be affected by licensing agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability
  • Uganda Cinema is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
  • These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kampala, Uganda.
  • Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the Uganda Arbitration and Conciliation Center.
  • You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
  • The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
  • Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration.
12. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
  • Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
  • The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Uganda Cinema.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Uganda and are subject to the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
